We've introduced a two-step verification process for your account

To enhance the security of your Supplies account, we've introduced a two-step verification process, also known as multi-factor authentication (MFA).

Moving forward the system will now prompt you to add in a custom 6-digit code each time you log into Supplies site. This custom, limited-time code will be sent to the email address you have registered for Supplies site.

Using a shared email address, such as an info@email.com?

To keep your Supplies account secure, we recommend each member of your team registers for their own Supplies site access. This will ensure you know who accesses your information, can easily trace any changes made to your account, as well as allow you to disable user access as (and when) required.

This is just one of the many ways we are enhancing security for our online services, ensuring your information is safe and secure.
